Signs will be posted at the entrances of the neighborhood, an ad will be placed in the Omaha World Herald, and other garage sale web posting notification websites. Spread the news!

Each year, board members drive through the neighborhood during the week of Christmas to vote on the best decorated homes in Nelson's Creek. Four winners are determined.
1st place is $100.00 l 2nd place is $75.00 l 3rd place is $50.00 l 4th place is $25.00
